This Friday will be my wife Jennifer's birthday. Birthdays in our house are never easy because they do not include Jaime. In spite of that, Jen is always working to honor Jaime and on our foundation Orange Ribbons For Jaime and that will also be the case on her birthday. If you know Jen, and if you want to do something meaningful for her birthday, please check out Orange Ribbons For Jaime and if possible, please donate. Thank you.

Orange Ribbons Mom’s birthday is this week. Please consider a donation to help her continue to keep Jaime’s legacy live on by supporting others who have been affected by gun violence as well as supporting things that were important & meaningful to Jaime.

Not voiding legs on props to avoid payouts and save money for this subpar quality of social media is certainly a choice.
That @PhilFoden goal was the equivalent of catching a lob off the backboard…smooth finish

Makes two of us lol I always read that most African descent in Panama came from Congo but I have pretty much all Nigerian. I was checking out my Ancestry profile today trying to trace my roots back to Spain also

I need some of that! I've been opting for the Mediterranean food at home but could use some classic comfort foods
This country needs a major overhaul…1980s political culture doesn’t fit the modern setting. It is drastically affecting everyone, from not affording a home to eating tainted lettuce. The void in leadership has gone on for far too long.
Here we are 11 years after the fact & I sympathize with my friends and colleagues who held positions of impact and had to also change paths at a formidable age (24-26). Even the contracting jobs I took many years later were shit bc I had been paid late due to government shutdown.
State Dept, consulates, intel agencies, and later on through the international development track USAID & even considered Peace Corps before grad school in 2017. Knowing that the fed would do a major overhaul of policy beginning in 2017 forced me to consider changing paths
From 2008-15, I had based my studies & future career on international relations. I had completed consular internships in 2014 & first job after graduation was one that required me to immigrate abroad for 2 years in 2015. I knew that my clock was ticking for a job within US⏳
