Spent ₹327... but the momos smelled so bad that it was difficult even to sit near them, let alone eat them!
A young woman ordered food worth ₹327 from Chowman through Zomato, expecting a delicious meal. But the moment she opened the box, her excitement turned into disappointment.
According to her, the momos had a strong and unpleasant smell. After taking just one bite, the taste was so bad that she had to leave the entire meal untouched. The food she had paid for was simply not fit to eat.
She immediately contacted Zomato customer support and filed a complaint, hoping that her concern would be taken seriously and that she would receive a refund.
However, she alleges that Zomato only contacted the restaurant over the phone. The restaurant reportedly stated that they had sent fresh food, and based solely on that response, the complaint was closed and the refund was denied.
This raises an important question: if every complaint is resolved simply by accepting the restaurant's version of events, where can customers turn when they receive poor-quality food? Shouldn't the customer's experience, evidence, and complaint also be given equal importance?
When people order food online, they are not just paying for a meal—they are also paying for trust. If serious complaints about food quality are dismissed with a single response from the restaurant, that trust gradually begins to disappear.
If you've ever had a similar experience with Zomato or any other food delivery platform,

Sourav Joshi bought 2 new cars for his wife
Vlogger Sourav Joshi gave spices to his Avantika and bought two new cars outside the house which cost around Rs 40-50 lakh.🤔
He should be called a car vlogger, not a family vlogger. He has earned so much money from social media that he is buying a lot of cars, sometimes houses and sometimes land.
Whereas Sourav Joshi said that he has a different car of his choice which costs Rs 4-5 crore and it is his dream to buy that.
But when Avantika and Kunal saw the cars, his wife liked the black car and Kunal liked the white car, so Sourav Joshi bought both the cars.
If you have money, everything is possible

Just a Packaging Game... or the Power of Marketing? 🤔
Today, a person bought cashews for ₹800/kg, and many people were surprised by the price.
Good-quality loose cashews are commonly sold for ₹1,000–₹1,200/kg. Yet, when the same cashews are sold in attractive packaging with a well-known brand name and premium labeling, the price can reach ₹1,500/kg or even more.
🤔 So, the question is—did the cashews change?
Not necessarily.
In many cases, the difference in price comes from packaging, branding, advertising, marketing, store overheads, and consumer trust. At the same time, some brands do offer better grading, hygiene, quality control, and superior packaging. So, it wouldn't be fair to say that every expensive product is simply a "packaging game."
💡 The truth is, in business, it's not just the product that sells—its presentation sells too.
Very often, a customer's first impression is influenced by the packaging, while the real value lies in the product's quality.
Remember:
"What looks good often sells... but the one who buys wisely gets the best value for their money." 💯🥜📦
