The fans and the media need to stop putting the whole weight of this on his shoulders. They have to take their fair share of responsibility for how we got here. And more than anyone, the players need to stand up and take the absolute majority of the blame. Right now, too many of them are stepping out on that pitch, performing way below the standard required, and letting the manager take the bullet for it. They’re the ones crossing that white line.
