If you were planning to accumulate an SBR the size that RFK indicated, the way to do it would be to do it right in front of everyone’s noses. That way when your announcement came early and left the rest of the world chasing your stack they’d be simultaneously sending your stack.
But what do I know, I’m sure nobody else has had that same idea.
