so many parents are dropping the ball. they argue with the teachers, the out of school time staff, the youth workforce employers- all people who are trying to help shape their child’s behavior to participate as a healthy adult within society.

Little block gangs full of young African kids have been beefing in the blocks around Crotona for years. Lost a couple good kids that I know personally to this. Not that it matters who pulled the trigger but the whole diaspora war angle is most likely totally off base.
