$MSTR
Time to guess what Strategy’s done over the past week.
A week in which we’ve likely raised capital through $STRC for the first time since May.
Has it also delivered Bitcoin?
It’s been a big week for the company.
We saw daily dividends officially implemented, followed by STRC hitting the $100 mark on Wednesday.
Bitcoin, and especially MSTR, held up remarkably well against the broader market.
Thursday was particularly brutal for equities. The S&P 500 suffered its steepest decline since April 2025, while the Nasdaq recorded its worst day in 19 months.
Against that backdrop;
$IBIT: -2.35%
$MSTR: -1.95%
$STRC: +0.65%
STRC showed phenomenal recovery after Thursday’s pullback, which should serve as a strong vote of confidence for existing shareholders.
Now, there are two things I’m particularly interested in seeing in Monday’s 8-K:
1. Have we seen a reduction in STRC buybacks?
For me, this is one of the clearest signals of whether daily dividends have attracted additional demand.
I believe we’ve started tapering buybacks, and I’d welcome anything below the recent averages.
2. Did we acquire Bitcoin through STRC proceeds?
STRC trackers estimate somewhere between 150–190 BTC accumulated.
At Wednesday’s Bitcoin prices, the higher end of that estimate represents approximately $15M.
Not a significant amount of capital in the grand scheme of things, but an important milestone if confirmed.
I also think replenishing the USD cash balance with a portion of future STRC proceeds would be a sensible move.
My guess for this week:
• $150M–$180M in $STRC buybacks
• 180 BTC acquired via STRC
• USD cash balance replenished through $MSTR
If we’ve successfully acquired Bitcoin through STRC, I suspect Saylor’s signal tomorrow will give us a hint.
Let’s see how close we get.
Mission: Strategy.

Digital credit took four centuries to make possible. From the Dutch East India Company to Bitcoin, this is the story of the ten foundations that brought us here. $STRC

Weekly recap: $MSTR and $ASST | Nov. 2–6 🟠
Both stocks finished below the prior Friday’s close. The filings released this week tell the other part of the story.
$MSTR closed at $128.93, down 1.21%.
Strategy reported:
• 811 BTC bought for $65.5M, averaging $80,846 per BTC.
• 849,327 BTC held.
• About 1.18M common shares sold for $164M net.
• $208.2M spent repurchasing STRC.
• A $4.79B USD Reserve and $132.7M of USD Cash as of Nov. 1.
Those purchases covered Oct. 26–Nov. 1—not this week’s trading period.
$ASST closed at $21.45, down 3.36%.
Strive reported:
• 124 BTC bought at roughly $80,526 each during Oct. 24–30.
• 43,124 BTC held and $490.4M cash as of Oct. 30.
• Q3 net income of $509M, including a $533.7M unrealized BTC fair-value gain. Revenue was $2.7M.
That earnings distinction matters: an unrealized gain isn’t cash generated by the business.
NFA. I hold $BTC, $MSTR and $ASST.
A big step up in the right direction. These types of investors generally don’t get easily shaken out by FUD.
$STRC continues to get better as time passes.
