Movement: Band Quadruped To Tall Kneel Hip Extension
Here is a movement that I am using to train the hip extension from quadruped to a tall kneeling position. Squeeze the core and glutes every rep. To regress the movement, remove the band.
Thank you to everyone who has supported our BTSSC Backpack Drive.
We truly believe that God will continue to send people with a willing heart to serve with us.
Every $10 donation gets a child one backpack and school supplies.
We appreciate you all!
