@mov_axbx Hey chief,
Iβm hoping you might be able to toss me some photos of the side panel support clips from your ONYX or from the Challenge? ππ€π»
The small plastic clips that hold the side panel skins.
I had all x24 that are issued with the Onyx Deskside model and ai had them in a ziplock when transporting it. The bag was lost in transit. So Iβm hoping to possibly 3D Print some to replace them. (I think these clips are the same for both Onyx and Challenge.)
Iβve been trying to source replacement parts but as you can imagine, SGI Onyx parts are not easy to come by.
Any chance you could take some photos of one of the clips?
Front & back view with ruler π for reference? ππ€π»
It would be awesome to potentially 3D print some replacements.ππ

Yep! πβΉοΈ
I had the same issue when trying to source a SCSI Barracuda drive for my SGI Indy machine. They never survive the vibrations sustained during transit.
So I went the solid state routeβ¦.and began using SCSI2SD boards instead.π

There was also the N64 SoundTools Development Cartridge Hardware Demo I did a while back. You can check it out here if that peaks your interest.ππ
