Ran 4.3 miles and did 43 navy seal burpees late last night to celebrate my birthday Well 44 as I finished after midnight. Here's the first one and the last one. BTW I'm moving coins to help me keep count.
The 43rd year of my life was a great one, sunrise over the atlas mountains in a balloon, 2 ultra marathons many adventures with Mel and the boys on 2 and 4 wheels and I've lived longer than Elvis did. Let's see what lap 44 has in store
