Iβve been working on a special project for quite some time, and Iβm proud to finally share it.
Nobodyβs Prospect: Coaching the Long Game in a Win-Now World.
A lifetime of lessons from playing, coaching, parenting, and the people who shaped me along the way.

Lost our opener. Won 3 straight elimination games to finish as champions.
But the part Iβll remember is watching 14-year-olds learn how to respond when things donβt go their way.
I wrote a lot about this in Nobodyβs Prospect.
Baseball is the vehicle. The lessons are the point.

Couldnβt be happier for Coach Rotelli!
An incredible honor for someone who has given so much to the game.
Iβm especially grateful for the leadership, trust, and friendship heβs brought to @SHPAthletics and for the impact he continues to have on our kids and our program.
Congratulations to SHP Boys Lacrosse Head Coach Chris Rotelli on his selection to the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame Class of 2026!
A tremendous honor and an incredibly proud day for SHP Lacrosse and the entire Gator community. ππ₯

An incredible afternoon celebrating 25 SHP seniors continuing their athletic and academic careers at the collegiate level.
One of the most accomplished senior classes in @SHPAthletics history.
Thank you to the families, coaches, and teammates who helped make it all possible.
So proud of these boys and the way they competed all season, culminating in the programβs first State Championship.
Deep gratitude to @jeffwulbrun for his leadership, and to our coaching staff for guiding this team every step of the way. @SHPAthletics
The way this team competed tonight says a lot about our coaches and players.
After the game, I overheard a father telling his son, βThatβs why you never quit.β A fitting reflection of the legacy this group is building together.
One more chance Saturday to finish the story!

Excited to bring @TrackManBB technology to SHP Baseball.
A major upgrade in how we train, teach, and develop, giving our @SHPAthletics students-athletes real-time feedback and a deeper understanding of the game.
Excited for the spring! @SMcMillanSHP
Proud day for @SHPAthletics. This state-of-the-art golf complex is a true game-changer for our golf program. Grateful to the Wilson and Armstrong (no relation) families - and all who made this possible. The future of Gator Golf is bright! #RepThePrep
