There is a war every day between your flesh and your spirit. If you allow the Holy Spirit to fight for you, you will never lose.

Conviction is the realization that our actions are not matching up to the word of God and it changes us for the better Jesus did not come to condemn the world, He’s not mad at your for messing up He’s full of grace and mercy. He’s already forgiven you. Rest in that.
