I wouldn't consider any Spurs defender outside of Van Hecke personally, as his appeal is the combination of DefCon points and attacking threat, along with the clean sheets
My GW9 team reveal is up on @FFH_HQ ✍️
✅ Joao Pedro sold
🤔 Bench Gross or DCL?
🌳 Another chance for MGW?

That's unfortunate, mate, but JP to Jackson is still a good move. In your case, you can afford to wait until after the midweek matches now.
I'd wait for news on Thomas, as he's someone you could look to play against SUN (H) if fit. Even if he's injured, he's not a priority sell.
We also need to see whether Calafiori is fit, so I'd just make the Jackson move for now and reassess your defence later.

Joao Pedro to Jackson is a downgrade, so you should still be able to make the move and bank a good amount of funds.
If team value becomes an issue further down the line, we can look at alternative routes for you then.
I do feel for you with the huge time zone difference, mate. Unfortunately, FPL dictate when price changes happen, at midnight UK time, so the best time to assess potential rises and falls is as close to that deadline as possible. Last night, for example, it also made sense to wait until after Arsenal's cup match to make sure Konsa came through okay.

I still like DCL. It would be between him and Evanilson for me, assuming you can't stretch to Isak
Probably DCL for me – on penalties, no European matches, fixtures aren't too bad either

Van Hecke, MGW, Barry, Gross, Muharemovic, Konsa, Calafiori (would move ahead of Konsa if passed fit), Davis

Wait for more news on Calafiori, but I'd be tempted by Gvardiol to Van Hecke
Bear in mind Gvardiol is set to be rested midweek and will almost certainly start against Brighton, but I still prefer Van Hecke this week and longer term personally

You could go Isak if you really don't want to double up on Villa attack, but it's not the best entry point against Arsenal this week
It's something to consider but I'd probably still go Jackson myself
Replying to @fplentrainment
If you're ignoring price, maybe Isak at a push
Even then, Isak's getting early subs and Liverpool aren't exactly putting teams to the sword, so I still prefer Jackson personally
Replying to @Its__Razz
That looks decent and worth considering, but I think the JP injury brings question marks over Palmer/Rogers, maybe even more so than MGW
I'd probably still do the straight-forward swap to Jackson, and then save your transfers to reassess midfield changes later

Not yet but likely will later tonight – I'll post when I do
Replying to @bambonation1
Nah, I'd be happy enough with Jackson to cover Villa's attack for now
Feels like a luxury to get rid of MGW when there's huge question marks over Palmer and Rogers now as well, given JP's injury
Replying to @lrs911
They're both good options, and I do really like Isak but I don't think I would take him over Jackson.
Arsenal this week isn't a great entry point. Plus, the £2.3m saving can go far improving the rest of your squad
Maybe the solution is to get both down the line
