I always assumed coffee was supposed to be a pause. Then @Barbera_1870 shows me caffè al volo, where the #Espresso isn't the break from work but the hinge between one task and the next.
My days don't move that fast. On every other day, I'd love to sit down with a slow cup and take my time. 😂

I get pain when I walk for a long time
especially when I walk around the department store, night market, etc.
the heel and the back of the foot hurt
the waist also hurts (near the buttocks) around the waist area
it hurts a lot, so much that I don't want to walk, I want to lie down or sit and bend over to be more comfortable
