I'm so happy with the new @_HouseofGiants site 🥵

Pretty pumped for this. Put together a new aesthetic for @_HouseofGiants and it turned out awesome. I've got a lot of love for B horror movies, metal music, weird monsters and shit like that. We took a bunch of inspiration from a wide (probably too wide) swathe of genres and landed on something I'm pretty proud of. In the era of vibe coded everything and AI generated brands we needed to do something to help us stand out a little more.

Wrote some more about how we're using AI @_HouseofGiants We had a massive amount of HoG history to throw at our company brain. And the very AI brained thing to do would have been to shove all of it into the system and call that memory. I almost went that direction, because it feels productive. I'm tired of trying to cobble together several different AI brain architectures to do client work. Client calls, discoveries, PRDs, decision logs, tickets, PRs. There's way too much shit to keep connected when you're doing sales, PM, engineering, and marketing at the same time. So I built something smaller: Project Skills Installable skills that help agents preserve the chain from meeting notes → decisions → requirements → tickets/PRs → delivery closeout.
