Tony Kiritsis kidnapped mortgage executive Richard “Dick” Hall in Indianapolis over a financial dispute. After nearly three days, Kiritsis agreed to release Hall, but first he wanted an audience. So there he was, standing in front of reporters, delivering an angry speech with a loaded shotgun still aimed at his hostage. And the whole thing was being televised.
