Anything you can do to spread the word about this is helpful.
I reached out to various mainstream media outlets. You'd think "Hey, this guy has raised huge money for charity" would get some attention. No interest from them.
It's up to us.
Okay, the 24 hour livestream is going to be split into four parts:
Part 1: youtube.com/live/-skQQP4UJdM…
Part 2 (TTRPG gaming!): youtube.com/watch?v=BI_vU5cr…
Part 3: youtube.com/watch?v=kNnx4tdz…

In my opinion, finding out a prospective juror omitted or provided false/inaccurate info on their questionnaire gives more weight to the accusations by the foreperson and others that said juror was unable, or refused, to follow the judge’s instructions on the law during deliberations…

DUE DILIGENCE
You will see that the judge had already told the jurors to stop using electronic devices AFTER — and I repeat, AFTER — jurors had allegedly been using their phones during deliberations to look up definitions. Meaning The Judge already told them to stop. So the court already knows
There were also allegations of jurors posting on social media and discussing with friends what case they were deliberating. And then there’s the allegation involving a [blank juror] posting in a Karen Read Facebook group.
Yet, once again, Michael gets outed.
If multiple jurors had phones and were communicating with people outside the courthouse, why are we focusing on only one person?
And as for Mr. Kevin Reddington, I’m not worried about that. Because if we’re going to start looking at Michael’s phone records, then let’s be consistent:
Let’s look at EVERYONE’S phone records.
Don’t single out one juror. If Michael’s communications are relevant, then the same standard should apply across the board.
And if we really want to go deeper, here’s the bigger question:
Why were phones allowed in the deliberation room in the first place? 🤔🤔
Is it typical for a news show to release “teaser” clips hyping up a highly anticipated episode about a widely publicized and controversial case to then not include said clips in the scheduled episode? Isn’t it kind of like false advertising…?
It’s giving #KarenRead “there’s ring video.”

Additionally, a juror cannot act as a rogue prosecutor. If the only way a juror can justify a conviction is by explaining alternative theories (that the prosecution did not present, nor prove) then the legal requirement of **proof beyond a reasonable doubt** has not been met, and the juror's lawful vote should be "not guilty."
#LindsayClancy
“As I tried to explain **different possible theories** during deliberation, I kept getting cut off as if I had doubts based on the evidence presented.”
Well, if a juror is proposing alternative theories to convince others of the defendant’s guilt, the juror is likely violating the core legal principle that a defendant can only be convicted on the specific case and evidence presented by the prosecution.

Based on all the physical evidence, key witnesses, and what the prosecution presented, I thought it was enough proof that she (Clancy) knew exactly what she was doing and planned."

Can someone do a welfare check on the children of #LindsayClancy obsessed @RepNancyMace (if she has any) and pets too for that matter.
This is beyond unhinged.
First of all, #LindsayClancy has NOT been convicted.
@POTUS how do you feel about a Republican member of your congress openly stating she would not uphold someone’s constitutional rights in a criminal proceeding if she was on a jury. Openly calling for a public execution without a guilty verdict and stating “nobody ever wants me on a jury.”
She’s now lost any and all credibility regarding the #Epsteinfiles as far as I’m concerned.
🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Rep. Nancy Mace is calling for Lindsay Clancy to be publicly executed ... telling TMZ DC's @jacob_wass the Massachusetts mom accused of killing her three children "should be dead too."

Hey @MegynKellyShow @RepNancyMace @NancyGrace @NancyMace
Look how @Oprah is using her platform to *educate* on the topic of postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis. You could learn a thing or two. Stop jumping on the attack wagon and, instead, help fellow women and their husbands/partners/families understand the emergent situation surrounding PPD/PPP.

Really @megynkelly ? You can tell by the jurors’ appearances which way they are going to go? If you saw them, you would know?
If this is how you are trying to gain more conservative votes from women, you are failing miserably. And I say that as an unenrolled voter.
So disgusting coming from a woman with your platform.
“These female jurors are straight out of your nightmares…”
@MegynKelly on the Lindsay Clancy jurors speaking out and trashing the lone “guilty” holdout juror.

It’s weird living in Massachusetts and being around real local people hearing about the Clancy trial where everyone here seems to agree the prosecution and police investigation has been incompetent, while online there’s just men screaming “WOMEN SHOULDN’T VOTE BC OF THIS”
I haven’t posted much on the #LindsayClancy case this week because I felt like I couldn’t quite articulate what was going through my mind. I thought, in the beginning of the trial, the case would likely end in a mistrial due to a hung jury. I based this on how divided the public was. That percentage shifted slightly throughout the trial due to the CW’s lack of proving their case (IMO).
The length of time these jurors took, in between their notes that they were deadlocked, is truly admirable. They tried to reach a unanimous verdict. They wanted this case to conclude with THEIR verdict.
We typically do not get to learn the details of the deadlock or the split. That was an added factor. Learning that it was a single holdout, the CW knew their best result was a mistrial and pushed for it. Reddington saw that NCR or an acquittal was being stonewalled by a single juror. So, he advocated as any defense attorney would and SHOULD.
I can’t say I am necessarily mad at the hold out and I understand Judge Sullivan’s decision. We couldn’t possibly know for certain that the juror was not applying the law to their verdict without further investigation, which is not allowed. We already knew too much about their deliberations. As much as we may want to take the remaining 11 jurors’ belief that the juror was not applying the law, we couldn’t know for sure that it wasn’t just a discrepancy in interpretations of the law or the instructions.
It will be interesting to hear if any jurors speak out. I pray that they are left alone. My observations of them were that they were committed to this case and served to the best of their ability.
Now let’s do the similarities.
Andrea Yates was 36 when she killed her children. She was first hospitalized for mental illness in June of 1999, at 34 years old, for postpartum depression and S attempt after the birth of her 4th child. She was diagnosed with major depressive disorder (MDD).
#LindsayClancy was 32 years old, in January of 2023, when she killed her children. She was suffering from severe depression and anxiety after the birth of her 3rd child. According to the experts who testified at trial, LC has MDD and/or a Bipolar disorder. The facility she is held at, in Tewksbury, has diagnosed her with Bipolar 2.
Bipolar disorder typically presents in women when they are in their late 20s to early 30s. MDD can present in women of childbearing ages between their 20s and 30s. With a significant increase of 40% onset of MDD for women in the postpartum period of 3 to 6 months after childbirth.
Lindsay Clancy
The Andrea Yates case is so very different.
Andrea's history of mental illness was decades long and severe. Her illnesses resulted in multiple hospitalizations, suicide attempts, and perennial bouts with psychosis.
Lindsay's postpartum psychosis lasted 18 minutes.
You can bet, due to the age of the jurors, many know about the Yates case. Jurors will bring in their experiences and knowledge base to jury room. That is reality.
I wonder if the Yates case has hurt them reaching a verdict.
