Collecting art one travel destination at a time - It was magical, meeting a vintage art collector who introduced me to the fascinating world of etching long before modern printmaking became commonplace. She explained how artists captured architectural facades with remarkable precision, preserving history through intricate hand-crafted prints. I couldn’t leave without bringing home this beautiful etching of Dean Bridge, the very bridge that stood just outside her door at Studio Bizio. The piece I’m holding dates back to 1889. It has been nothing short of magical meeting people whose lives are devoted to forms of art I’ve never had the chance to explore before. I’m grateful to Mrs. Donna, who generously shared her collection of handmade maps of the United Kingdom and paintings of Edinburgh from a time before the Royal Mile became the historic street we know today. Some journeys leave you with photographs. Others leave you with stories, friendships, and pieces of history you’ll treasure forever.

A token of appreciation - Elated to be invited to the #telanganafilmfestival conducted by Telangana govt at ravindrabharathi last night. Was falicitated by the director of language and culture of Telangana Govt. Mamidi Hari Krishna garu and by one of my favourite, legendary director, B Gopal garu. I still remember the mass hysteria that brewed across thousands of people when his films like... #indra #samarsimhareddy or kanoon apna apna released. To bring people together with storytelling is an inspiration. I will say this out loud...the telangana govt, and the telangana union has truly been kind to young film makers. #throwback
