Incredible #CustomerService: Ryan from @Loews_Hotels had this waiting for me at the front desk. After checking in I was sent a text asking if I needed anything for my room. I text replied, "...do you sell toothpaste, Tylenol and puppies? I want a puppy." I will be staying again.
