❌ Pak based social media accounts are circulating a video falsely claiming that Chinese soldiers are searching Indian Army personnel inside Arunachal Pradesh and that Indian troops must obtain permission from Chinese forces to move through the state.
✅ The actual video is of a counter-terrorism mock drill conducted in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in May 2026, not Chinese soldiers checking Indian Army personnel in Arunachal Pradesh.
♻️ Disinformation Pattern: Old counter-terrorism mock drill + False Chinese military identification + Fabricated Arunachal Pradesh location = Misleading border security narrative.

Indian Army Fact Check tweets, "A digitally altered video is being circulated with fabricated remarks attributed to Lt Gen Girish Kalia, claiming that China has taken control of Asaphila, Longjou and Taksing Circle in Arunachal Pradesh and that the Indian Army has been denied essential supplies. The misleading video attempts to portray fabricated statements as a leaked admission by a senior Indian Army officer. The video uses Synthetic Generated Information to falsely attribute remarks to Lt Gen Girish Kalia. The original footage relates to a press briefing delivered by then GOC 28 Infantry Division, Maj Gen Girish Kalia, in Kupwara, Jammu & Kashmir, on 27 October 2023. He addressed infiltration attempts across the Line of Control, reporting 10 foiled attempts, the elimination of 27 terrorists and the recovery of warlike stores and narcotics. He made no such statements about Chinese control over Arunachal Pradesh or denial of supplies to the Indian Army..."

Building it early and at scale is the right direction.
I had the privilege of visiting Adani Green's Khavda project earlier this month to understand the working and see for myself this mega project. With a planned capacity of 30 GW at Khavda, it is part of Adani’s larger ambition to build 50 GW of renewable energy capacity, of which over 20.5 GW is already operational. This is more than an energy project—it’s a giant leap towards a greener, energy-secure and self-reliant India.
Kudos to Gautam bhai @gautam_adani for thinking big and building at scale! Khavda embodies the ambition and execution needed to accelerate India’s clean energy transition and power a more sustainable future.

2. Medium-to-Long-Term Portfolio (By FY2030)
Renewable Capacity (Solar/Wind): Targeting around 45 GW to 50 GW of operating capacity
Pumped Storage: Around 5 GW
Storage (BESS):: 40 to 50 GWh by 2029–2030
3. Capex and Finance
Reaffirmed a planned capital expenditure of INR 2.4 lakh crore through FY2030
Recommitted to a strict return hurdle of 13% to 14% Return on Assets (ROA) on an EBITDA basis
Net Debt/EBITDA to come down to 4x from current 4.5 - 5x
