BREAKING UPDATE
Suspected kidnappers reportedly attacked Nuru Suraj Estate in Millennium City, Kaduna State, shortly after midnight on Tuesday.
According to residents, the attackers entered through the second gate and abducted several people from two neighbouring houses. Two elderly women were later released, while others β including two secondary school students β remained in captivity at the time of initial reports.
Security operatives responded and pursued the attackers, leading to the rescue of some victims. The assailants escaped with the remaining captives. No official statement has been issued by the police as of the latest reports.
