How are arbitrage profits distributed? 80% of arbitrage profits go to liquidity providers and stakers as yield (taking the place of fees and allowing for Zero Fees on all swaps), with the rest sent to the DAO reserve and used to incentivize decentralized exchange upkeep. 💸
