So I’ve hung up my stab vest, boots & left my policing role. It’s been an incredible journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with the best bunch of officers, but it’s time to embrace my new challenge of supporting the women of North Warwickshire as a midwife!Over & out WMP💙👮🏻‍♀️

I cannot thank @NeuroOncTherapy & @UHCW_neurosurg enough for looking after me throughout this operation. I am so grateful to them and I am so lucky to have naturally fallen pregnant and given birth to our miracle daughter ❤️ #ThankyouSoMuch #MiracleBaby #BrainTumour @nhsuhcw – at Nuneaton, England
Leah Fox underwent one of the most complex brain operations ever carried out at UHCW. But after surgery to remove a brain tumour and a bout of chemotherapy that left her at risk of becoming infertile, she has given birth to her first child. Leah’s story: cutt.ly/5wtTXP2r

I’m so proud of the #neurosurgery team and Mr Solanki from @nhsuhcw! They’ve looked after me since last year when I had an awake craniotomy, and have always put me first every time. They truly care, show compassion and prioritise patients every day. Well deserved!#UHCWOSCAs2022
