Hey @innoutburger, since you only open restaurants within 300 miles of your meat plant, can you open a meat plant in Lexington, Nebraska? Tyson closed a huge plant and 300 workers lost their jobs which was the main employer. Then Nebraska and Iowa could have restaurants!

I like how @MyStraightTalk avoids reaching out when their customer service fucks up. I paid for three months plus an additional month. Now my son is only given a ‘courtesy’ month for your error.

I got one issue resolved with @MyStraightTalk on 28JUL25 and here I am a little over a month later with the same issue! And your solution is to short me 2 months out of the 4 months of service I paid for? What kinda bullshit is that?!?!
I’ve called @MyStraightTalk for a week trying to get my nephew’s phone resolved. EVERYTIME I call it’s 2 hrs wasted. Shit at this point y’all owe me $$$ for a straight shift! Your agent registered a new number to my new device when I specifically asked her for the old one.
I been promised a call back and has yet to happen. Tomorrow will be exactly a week since this started and I ain’t any step closer to get this resolved. On top of that I had to buy another plan so the line would work so there’s another 50 bucks down the drain.
Let’s see if this alleged callback happens tomorrow (23JUL25) at 830am EST…
If not, @MyStraightTalk, I want every dime back. I’m talking this phone and this plan plus last phone.
