Another example of excessive and inefficient packaging from @AmazonUK @AmazonHelp - this time for a small, light, non-fragile baby mattress. My cat is probably the only one who appreciates this.

As the centenary of the end of the First World War draws closer, we'd love to reunite this memorial scroll from 1918 for Rifleman John George Neaves with anybody in his family. We found it when renovating our flat last year...

We'd done some tracking to find records of his relatives and currently looking for a Steven Holden, born in 1969, living in Walthamstow E17, who would be John Neaves' great grandson. Can anybody help?

Has anybody used @WeBuyAnyPhone and felt they had been totally conned? Just had a terrible experience and felt they were complete frauds.

Shame. @Vitality_UK has been a prime example of how a compelling proposition doesn't quite meet customer expectations in reality. Call me back please - I just need the paper work on a policy I've supposedly paid for and taken out. It shouldn't be this painful.
