🚨🧵This post isn’t about appointing Poch, its about the fans, the real fans, understanding what on earth is going on at Tottenham Hotspur Football club. 🗣️ 2 years ago (May 19th 2021) Daniel Levy & the Board of Tottenham Hotspur, were keen to hire a manager with the Spurs DNA. We ended up hiring Nuno. 🎙️ 18 months ago, so many reports, from amazing journalists, reporting Daniel & the club wanted to replicate the Poch era. 🎙️ 18 months ago, same people reporting Daniel & the Board were close to getting Poch from PSG… We hired Conte. 🎙️ 2 years on from the very first statement from Daniel & the Board on Spurs DNA… We are watching and reading the same reports about trying replicate Poch era, The Poch 2.0 if you like… 🤩 Unbelievable names if the frame.. Nagelsmann, Kompany, Enrique, De Zerbi, Slot etc all brilliant in there own right…. 😤 Yet… the actual guy… the man called Poch.. the bloke that would literally be Poch 2.0 and who has actually been free and available, has not even had a phone call… 🤯 It just doesn’t add up… 1. What has changed in the past 18 mths not to even pick the phone up to Poch? 2. Who is seemingly blocking this ? 3. Is it even true that Daniel & the Board were looking at Poch back then? 4. Do they want a Poch 2.0 ? 5. Can all these top Journalists be wrong ? Football is big business and an extremely complex world on and off the pitch … Yet it can be so so simple like the great man once said “it’s a game of two halves” The boardroom can also be simple Decide - Work Hard - Achieve Football fans want things simple too… A team and club they can get behind, that works hard and gives everything on and off the pitch and the hope that we can achieve It’s not too much to ask is it… and it’s not too much to demand the answers to the simple question… What is going on with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club? Daniel, over to you ?? 🤍💙 #COYS | #THFC |
