Now are we going to play him or are we going to keep watching De'Andre Hunter contribute almost nothing while almost certainty being gone next year. I get the Kings may want to build up Hunter's trade value, but that may be a lost cause.

Darius Acuff looks fantastic on offense and LaVine has gotten hot, but the Kings game plan on defense seems to be letting Grizzlies bigs shoot wide open threes out of the pick and pop. Rotations and rebounding have to pick up in the 2nd half.
Precious being a +2, Keegan’s +/- being 0, and Hunter being a -9 definitely matches up with the defensive eye test. Kings need Keegan and Precious out there to compete defensively. Meanwhile Hunter has been the worst defender by far.
My biggest takeaway so far is that Brook Lopez is really really bad. I don’t have anything else to comment on.
Took the long way to get there, but eventually arrived at the starting lineup we expected for opening night.
Boy do I have some big names for you
The Warriors are willing to take on future money if they receive a "big name" player in return for Kristaps Porzingis, per @ShamsCharania
"They can incentivize teams with draft picks. They have a pool of assets as well. Potentially take on money in a deal for a 'big name' player."

Kings Opening Night Predictions:
Darius Acuff: 19 points 7 assists
Precious Achiuwa: 15 points 8 rebounds
Kings > 20 turnovers
Kings 104-111 Clippers
I'm ready for whatever this season brings for the Kings. I have a positive mindset and I'm ready to watch the youth of this team. (We'll see if my positive mindset makes it past the 1st quarter against the Clippers)

The Phoenix Suns plan to waive two-way guard Koby Brea, league sources told @hoopshype. Brea shot 43.3% from 3-point range in 12 games with the Suns last season. With center Mark Williams injured to start the season, Phoenix will look to add frontcourt depth on the two-way market
This Kings season was probably going to be bad with or without Ben Simmons. I just feel bad for him personally.
