Blackhawks coach Jeff Blashill on tonight's loss: "We had just way too many guys that wasn't close, not enough good. We've had a lot of games throughout this season where we did a lot of good things and maybe beat ourselves with critical mistakes, but for the most part throughout the game, we played pretty good hockey. Those are learning moments and you keep getting better. "Tonight, to me, wasn't that at all. It's a step backwards. Because you just had too many guys that weren't skating, didn't compete hard enough or not enough attention to detail. To me, tonight wasn't close."
