So, I ordered a couple of items via @amazonDE (cc: @AmazonHelp). @UPS was the company fulfilling the delivery part and somewhere on the way to my address one item from the parcel disappeared.
(this is @UPS answer translated into English, original attached):
"Hello, Your shipment was sent from Italy to Slovenia and the shipment was not weighed during transit.
Unfortunately, we will not receive information about where the package was damaged and where it was glued."
So, @amazonDE @amazon @JeffBezos @UPS, I paid for the item and I expect you to keep your end of the bargain and deliver the item to me. If you can't do that - refund! @BILD @faznet @EVZ_Deutschland
This is the parcel I received. @AmazonHelp @amazonDE, perfect condition, right?
@amazonDE, is this (another) scam? @amazon @JeffBezos Please, correct me if I am wrong, but are you calling me a fraud?! Or I just misinterpreted your answer ... I do have some problems reading between the lines ...
Hey @Google, I have a question:
I preordered Google Pixel 7 and I was supposed to receive headphones in 60 days after confirmation. Got confirmation, the date expired, but the headphones have not been shipped yet.
What is going on?
