Always a pleasure!! 🙌🏼
Really excited to share a podcast I recorded with @Kate_Baker_MD @geoffreybuckle for HER2-amplified gastroesophageal cancer!
What makes it even more exciting is that a great new therapy mentioned in this podcast, tislelizumab + zanidatamab + chemotherapy, has now been approved by FDA as a first-line therapy. Given zanidatmab was shown to be superior to trastuzumab in this study, I'd use this new regimen for almost all 1L HER2-amplified advanced GEA.
Thanks @_backtableONC @AaronFrittsMD @jgong15 for invitation. It was a fun weekend at San Diego!
