The Sacramento Kings and Adam Flagler have agreed to a two-way contract, league sources told @hoopshype. Flagler previously spent two seasons with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Agents Todd Ramasar and Mike Simonetta of Life Sports Agency finalized the agreement with Kings officials.
