These aren't used for TLS, and shouldn't chain up to Digicert. The cert in the current applications are expired, but the code just ignores it entirely.

Why is a private company signing tender in India? Shouldn't that just be PPI instead of CBDC if RBI isn't signing it?
The NPCI e₹ cert isn't signed by RBI either, it is signed by Digicert US.
