A UMaT student, Manuel, reportedly died after a motorcycle accident near Tarsco.
He was rushed to the hospital and initially appeared stable, but his condition later became critical.
Now, reports claim he had internal bleeding and treatment was delayed because a family member hadn’t signed.
If true, this is absolutely outrageous. How does a signature become more urgent than saving a human life? 💔
