As I stated in the closing session of the National Economic Dialogue, implementation is the real challenge.
However, as a government, we can only implement successfully if we secure the buy-in of our citizens.
Starting from the 11th of March, the government will introduce the 2025 Budget Statement and Economic Policy. Many of the concerns you have raised will be addressed in this budget.
But the government cannot do this alone. We urge you to support us in educating the public—helping them understand that the time has come to reset and reform our economy.
This is a collective effort, and we must do it together.

As we work together to build a stronger economy, I’d like to share some insights from my PhD research.
My thesis focused on how entrepreneurs can drive venture growth through strategic financial resource management, innovation, and effective institutional networking.
Here’s what I found:
1.Businesses grow stronger when financial resources are channelled through innovation strategies.
2.Institutional support and the ability to build meaningful networks amplify this growth.
3.With the right systems, entrepreneurs can achieve remarkable success.
