negation hooks ('you don't need Y') are the least posted style in male fitness slideshows and they save at the HIGHEST rate of any hook nobody's spamming this angle so it's not fatigued yet the algo pushes views to confessions but saves are what get an app installed later, worth testing this one before it's everywhere

this all feels like a fake marketing stunt lol
He copied my website鈥檚 design, structure, content, and data. I called him out publicly and contacted him directly asking him to take responsibility and remove it. When I wrote him, he immediately took action, sent me logs and reports, and also publicly admitted what he had done and apologized. That doesn鈥檛 undo what happened, and I鈥檓 not excusing it in any way. But there is a meaningful difference between being caught and pretending nothing happened, versus admitting it, taking responsibility, and actually trying to fix it. So for anyone who ever does something like this - at the very least, have the balls to admit it, apologize, and fix it. Much better than hiding and pretending nothing happened. I still don鈥檛 understand the copying in the first place, but I do appreciate how he handled it once confronted.

opus 5.5 building full games and mini films off one prompt is nuts speed like that still won't fix a paywall people bounce off of

nobody winning on tiktok slideshows invented their format. they stole one that already works the actual process: 1. make a burner account, spend 20-30 min liking app content in your niche till your fyp is full of it 2. open tiktok search insights and type the exact problem your app solves ("clear acne", "depuff face") 3. pick ONE format some random account already made viral in under 40 posts, don't touch anything else 4. before building anything, post it with a comment CTA ("comment 'app' and i'll send it") and just count the comments

found the format that's about to send this thing past a million views 113K views in less than 20 hours, 500 hours of watch time here's the actual play if you want one of your own: - steal a format that's already working in your niche, don't invent one from scratch - hide the app till slide 2-5, nobody swipes past an ad on slide 1 - 1% saves on views is the number that matters and this one's already past it gonna share more sauce soon putting the same 2 slides on 3 more accounts tonight, curious if it repeats

headspace but for vibe coding the "5 ai tools to build apps" "claude code skills" slideshows keep printing, 8 accounts, median 194k views, top one 679k, saved at 6.63%, about 1.3x the normal save rate in the niche so steal headspace's whole trick: one guided build a day, 5-10 mins, walks you through shipping something small with an ai tool. no more tab-switching between 10 models trying to figure out which one to use headspace does something like ~$2M/mo doing exactly this for calm. charge weekly like the rest of productivity apps, $5-7/wk, ~$30/yr post the same listicle format across a handful of accounts daily, 7 of the 8 viral ones are already funneling to an app, you'd just be building the thing they're pointing at

hard paywall right after onboarding, no skip, no mercy vs a 7 day soft trial where nobody has to fight to get in hard wins if you're a maxxing utility people already need TODAY. trials win when the app needs a few days to actually prove itself which one are you running?

Come on, don鈥檛 do this. No need to be shady. This just means your app is not worth it
Easiest way to lower churn: Turn off push notifications inside your app. Now your users won鈥檛 get reminded to open the app and cancel 馃槀

Bro why is everyone in my timeline promoting arcads? 馃槶

the paywall isn't the problem, your onboarding is if less than 90% of users actually see your paywall, fix these first: 1. kill sign-up before the purchase, account creation goes after 2. ask "what's your goal" as question 1, not question 5 3. tell people how many questions are left ("question 3 of 9") 4. end the quiz with a personalized result, real numbers, not blurred ones 5. drop 1-2 social proof screens right before the price fix all of that before you touch a single number on the paywall

myfitnesspal but for your ai tools those "tools i use to run my business" slideshows keep hitting. 8 accounts, median 232k views, one hit 900k, and people SAVE them at 1.3x the normal rate for the niche. every single one is already selling an app off it port the mfp loop: log every tool you pay for, set a monthly budget, app shows you when you're overspending on subscriptions you forgot about. streak for staying under it mfp itself does ~$12M/mo just logging food. charge like the rest of productivity does, $5-7/week or ~$30/year post the same listicle format across a bunch of accounts and let the saves tell you which tools people actually want tracked

one video did 1.1M views this week. the other five did between 5k and 10k same account. same posting schedule. same format if your stuff is stuck under 5k, check this before you blame shadowban: - under 200 views in the first 24h, consistently, that's an account problem, not content - above 200 and still capped at 5-9k, that's a hook problem, not a ban - liking every single video during warmup is what actually flags accounts as bots. keep it around 5% - one format that works can do 100x the rest of your week. that's not luck, that's structure stop guessing which one it is. check the 24h number first then go fix the hook

this is so true. if you're just starting out, don't get fooled by these saas tools trying to take advantage of you because you don't know much yet
To my dear followers: Don't buy this, it's overpriced and there are better options for slideshows. TikTok algo also prefers native text overlays. Regarding the videos, it's about 10$ per AI video which is not worth it. As a rule of thumb, if you're new don't buy any subscription to a marketing saas at all.

netflix but for chest day median 616k views, top one hit 4.2M netflix's whole game is "you finished X, watch Y." nobody's building that for workouts finish a session, the app recommends the next one off what you actually kept and what you skipped, not a fixed program you follow forever worth doing before someone else does it first

before writing a single line of code, validate the niche like this: 1. app store, search the niche, confirm at least one competitor doing $10k+/mo 2. download their top 3, screen record the whole onboarding 3. read their 1-3 star reviews, that's your feature list for free 4. fresh tiktok account, 3 slideshows a day, no link, just "comment 'app' and i'll send it" 5. if people actually comment, build it. if nobody does, you just saved yourself a month
