If I absolutely have to find another job. I guess I’ll just have to make that drive out of town. (Until a WFH job becomes available). Because want this to be my last year working here.
I’m not trying to work anywhere else in fc. I cannot be around these ratchet, messy mf’ers any longer. Something definitely has to give!
That’s why I want a WFH job. Because I promise no one will ever see me again. I thrive when I’m alone.
Since they hired that green eyed bandit (as the kids call her) we have lost literally everybody! I’m still trying to figure out how she even ended up in the position when she got hired to be HR! 😒 she clearly don’t know wtf she doing.
State be here every other week. Parents are constantly calling to remove their kids. We done lost the ceo, activity director, about 4 nurses, kitchen worker, 4 leads, I done lost count on the MHT’s, and now today we lost MHT director. She was all they had left. 🤦🏽♀️
Swear everyday something new is happening at this job. Every other day somebody getting fired, or quitting & going on live talking about this place. 😭

I think one of the unfortunate things abt being accommodating is that ppl eventually stop recognizing your flexibility as something you're choosing to give them. It becomes the baseline for the relationship. Then the first time you prioritize yourself, you’re demonized
Chile I was supposed to be decorating for Halloween 🎃. I’m just now realizing Halloween is this Saturday 😭 why I thought I still had time.
These deers 🦌 over here just be walking in the middle of the street w/o a care in the world. They don’t even try to hide or run.
