I kissed my girlfriend’s best friend while my girlfriend was in the next room. It wasn’t planned. We’d been flirting for weeks, and one night, when she came over alone, she finally admitted she wanted me. I knew it was wrong, but when she moved closer and asked if I’d ever thought about kissing her, I couldn’t pretend I hadn’t.

I once dated a guy who was three years younger than me, and honestly, I thought age was just a number. At first, he treated me like a queen. He called me every night, made me laugh, and promised he would never hurt me. But after a few months, I realized I was dating a boy, not a man. He was jealous of everything, always asking me for money, and whenever we had an argument, he would block me for days. The worst part? I caught him flirting with another girl, and when I confronted him, he said I was too old to be acting childish. That was the day I walked away. I don't regret loving him. I regret ignoring the red flags because I thought I could make it work.

My fiancé, Daniel, and I had been together for four years. I loved him deeply, and I had already started imagining our future together. One evening, I visited his apartment without telling him because I wanted to surprise him. When I arrived, I overheard him talking to his mother in the living room. His mother asked, “Are you sure you want to marry her? You know we have someone better for you.” Daniel laughed and replied, “Don’t worry, Mom. Let me marry her first. Once we’re settled, I’ll make her understand that my family comes before her.” I stood behind the door, unable to believe what I was hearing. Then he said something that broke me completely. “Besides, she has already spent so much money on the wedding. She won’t have the courage to leave me now.” I felt sick. I had defended this man to my friends, ignored warnings, and spent my savings preparing for a marriage I thought would make me happy. I quietly left without confronting him. The next morning, he called me several times, asking why I had suddenly become distant. I eventually invited him over and played a recording of the conversation I had heard. His face changed immediately. He tried to explain that he was joking, but I asked him one question: “If you truly loved me, why would you make plans to trap me in a marriage?” He had no answer. That afternoon, I called both families and announced that the wedding was off. Everyone begged me to reconsider because the invitations had already been sent and the preparations were almost complete. But I refused. I would rather cry over a cancelled wedding than spend the rest of my life married to someone who saw my love as a weakness. Losing my fiancé hurt, but discovering who he really was before becoming his wife saved me from a lifetime of regret. Sometimes, the most painful decision you make is also the one that protects your own future

I loved this man so much that I slowly forgot how to love myself. 😔 When we started dating, he made me feel like the luckiest woman alive. He promised me marriage, a beautiful future, and a love that would never change. I believed every word. Then everything changed. He started ignoring my calls, replying to my messages whenever he wanted, and acting like loving me was a burden. Whenever I complained, he called me dramatic. Whenever I cried, he said I was too emotional. I kept apologizing, even when I wasn't the one hurting I loved this man so much that I slowly forgot how to love myself. 😔 When we started dating, he made me feel like the luckiest woman alive. I don’t care how attractive a woman is or how much I love her. I’m not kissing her unless she’s brushed her teeth. And if we kiss ten times a day, I expect her to brush her teeth ten times. I’ve always been particular about oral hygiene. I don’t like morning breath, I don’t like kissing immediately after someone has eaten and I cannot stand the thought of exchanging saliva with someone whose mouth hasn’t been cleaned.

My husband’s best friend told my twenty-year-old daughter she’d be “wife material” if she lost a little weight. He said it at my husband’s birthday dinner, in front of fourteen people. My daughter went completely quiet. My husband laughed awkwardly and said, “Come on, she knows he’s joking.” I didn’t yell. I didn’t throw him out. I just asked his wife one question. The rest of dinner didn’t go quite how he expected. I’m 45, and my daughter Sophie is 20. She’s in her second year of college and has always been fairly confident, but like most young women, she’s had periods when she’s been hard on herself about her appearance. My husband, David, has been friends with Greg, 47, since college. Greg is one of those men who considers being offensive a personality trait. If someone gets upset, he says they’re “too sensitive.” Last Saturday, we had fourteen people over for David’s birthday. Greg arrived with his wife, Laura, and their sixteen-year-old son. Everything was fine until dessert. Sophie came downstairs wearing a dress because she was meeting friends afterward. Greg looked her up and down and said, “Careful, Sophie. College food is starting to catch up with you.” The room went quiet. Sophie gave an uncomfortable little laugh. He should have stopped there. He didn’t. Greg continued, “You’re a beautiful girl. Lose ten pounds and you’ll have guys lining up. Gotta think long term. Men want wife material.” I watched Sophie pull her cardigan across her stomach. That tiny movement made me angrier than anything Greg had actually said. David said, “Alright, Greg. Enough.” Greg laughed. “Oh, relax. I’m giving her good advice.” Then David made the mistake that nearly caused a second argument. He looked at Sophie and said, “You know how Greg is.” I asked, “What exactly does that mean?” David immediately knew he’d chosen the wrong sentence. Greg answered for him. “It means people used to be able to take a joke.” So I looked across the table at Laura, Greg’s wife. “Laura, can I ask you something?” She nodded. I said, “When was the last time Greg was weighed?” Nobody spoke. Greg stared at me. “What the hell does that have to do with anything?” I said, “I’m just curious. Since we’re apparently giving people unsolicited advice about what would make them more attractive to their partners.” Laura covered her mouth. Someone at the other end of the table laughed. Greg didn’t. He said, “That’s completely different.” I asked why. He said, “Because I’m a forty-seven-year-old married man.” I replied, “Exactly. So why are you evaluating the body of a twenty-year-old woman who never asked?” That finally wiped the smile off his face. Greg told me I was deliberately twisting his words. He said he was trying to help Sophie because “the world is competitive.” Sophie finally spoke. “I’m not applying for a husband.” Laura laughed. A real laugh this time. Greg turned toward her. “You think this is funny?”

Let me say something many farmers won’t agree with: Not every farmer deserves to make a profit. Some farmers plant without researching the market, spend money without keeping records, harvest without knowing who will buy, and then blame the government when they make losses. Farming is not just hard work. It requires strategy, planning, and business sense. The soil doesn’t reward your effort. The market pays for your product. -kunmi Àgbà farmer

Batman can defeat the Joker, stop the Riddler, and bring criminals to justice, yet Gotham always finds another nightmare waiting around the corner. I think this is the biggest contradiction in Batman’s world. He is one of the greatest detectives alive, but his city repeatedly returns to the same cycle of corruption, violence, and desperation. Of course, Gotham’s problems cannot be solved overnight. But if Batman keeps fighting the same battle for years, we should ask whether his mission is changing anything beyond the immediate threat. Is Batman saving Gotham, or keeping it alive long enough to need him again?

Why Jenna Ortega Is Looking So Much Better These Days, Jenna Ortega's recent photos are out and her look is looking much better than before. After weight loss and leaving heavy contouring, her face is looking more natural now. Eyebrows are back and side-swept bangs are suiting her a lot. Confidence and aura is looking stronger than before. On one side rating is going up to 9, on other side it is being said she is pretty but not exceptional. Just one thing is not clear, is this change because of makeup or her real glow.

What makes ALL ABOUT THE MONEY feel interesting is how real life events can change a story overnight. Updating the documentary after Fergie Chambers’ arrest and extradition request raises bigger questions about accountability, timing, and the responsibility of telling the truth.
