This might take a minute, I appreciate your time fam. My web3 journey started like most people, COVID left me bored with a paused career and two little kids going to school on screens at home. We found art in NFT form together and have spent the past 5 years exploring the space as a family. At first, I had no idea what I was doing. I collected and minted things I had no clue about just because they seemed popular. I had no clue how to do my own research or what community meant in this space. It was mid-2021 when I found my first community home. The Whoopsies is where I met some lifelong friends and learned some valuable lessons about this space and even started a weekly Spaces that ran for about a year with my three closest friends in web3, @missifusita @CallMeChenAgain and @H20KT36 where the motto was WACMI - we all CAN make it, but only if we do it together by sharing information and resources. Shortly after joining Whoopsies the bag began to upgrade due to my new found friends and knowledge. I was able to join the @SpaceRidersXYZ followed by @GenuinelyUndead building my bag and my connections. Learning about how the space treats art, artists, community, holders, whales, etc. Then came @GhostLabNFT @LazyLionsNFT @alwaystirednfts @LongLostNFT @SmallBrosNFT @meetnippy and @killabearsnft where I met more amazing people and learned more valuable lessons but the BIG upgrade was still out of reach. Joining the @BoredApeYC was always the goal but I was still two steps away from being able to join. Then August of 2025 I saw @quirkies floor was lower than it should have been. This was a community that had always been one step too far to join until the floor dropped. Internal project transitions were the reason, @RealPapii was a couple of weeks from taking over the operation. I reached out to him to see if he wanted to buy one of my assets so I could afford entry to the Quirkies community. He was generous with what he gave me for that asset but it got me my very first Quirk (QuirkMaster Flash) when the floor was .45e. I was able to leverage some things both IRL and web3 to secure five total OG Quirks. The floor rose to over 1E where it has consistently remained due to the incredible efforts by an amazing group of humans in the Quirkverse. As the floor of BAYC and MAYC have fallen and the Quirkies have risen I was able to rotate some rebellion INX (IYKYK) into my first official entry to the Yacht Club without having to sell an OG Quirkie! After literally sitting there at 3:00am watching @0xQuit jump into action to save this entire world of ours last week I knew it was finally time to join. @RealPapii helped make it happen, @CallMeChenAgain and @H20KT36 helped me stalk the right Mutant and I was able to nab this naked 5T for a STEAL!!
