I feel that it’s crucial to have a clear recognition of the value of your objective. That's the important thing. Recognizing that your objective is worthy, because it involves others' welfare or the general well-being of the community, gives you the determination to pursue it.
I just passed by this kid in the store and I said “Excuse me, little man. Can I get by you?” He said sure with the biggest smile on his face and ran over to his big sister like “That guy just called me a man so ima man now.” I love kids yo 😂😂

I wish people would stop pushing that “quit your job and give 100% to your passion” narrative onto people. If you know you can’t sustain yourself without a 9-5, move smart. Don’t be out here homeless trying to follow advice from internet weirdos that don’t even live by theirs.

My mother was in the same ICU as Jamahri. As I was leaving, wearing a FAMU hat, her family stopped me, & told me who they were, and I prayed with them. Due to me tending to my mom post-surgery, I hadn’t been able to dorm shop yet. Her family blessed me w/ EVERYTHING I needed. teapawt.net/omarirallen/status/980…
