New ink in a bit.. been a long time coming 😌

Small holiday and i keep getting relocation questions.. even had to say yes to some cause why so nosy 😒

Ran in feels like -3° without gloves.. i couldn’t feel my fingers but i had a good run..

The different weathers i have seen in the past week from one country alone.. think it snowed last night

Just secured a spot in Cardiff Half marathon next year.. 2 races secured, 2 more to secure and maybe a few to still sign up for.. 🫣

Now Im looking for my next marathon and I don’t mind having to sign up for a charity place. Doesn’t have to be a world major but Its gotta be international.

Its def not going to be cheaper but you can wait..

No gym (covid) and i need something else to put the energy in..

Ticket expensive small but i no go talk cause i rush buy am.. now i can go back to sleep 😝

Need to do a recovery run but my toes still kinda hurt..

Garmin i bought on friday, used for my race on sunday and still havent charged till now still got like 40% on it.. If theres any runner out there thinking of getting one, just do it..

Guys i finished the marathon under sub 4:35.. and its my first time.. i have earned bragging rights yea😏

I started strong and I crossed the finish line even stronger. Tbh i would do this again 😁

Enough sleep.. now its time to eat make i no collapse for road..
