Composer 2.2.x came out today, and it breaks most automatic builds of composer.json that include plugins. I'm not sure what the long-term solution is, but short term for #ddev just `ddev config --composer-version=2.1.14` to get the old behavior. See drupal.org/project/drupal/is…
