I built Faqada to do the daily work most businesses never get to.
Watch one real task run end to end — follow-ups found, replies drafted in my voice, everything held at my approval gate before anything sends. Then the full system: Genome, Brain, Foundry, Command, and the Nightly Loop that grades it all.

URGENT — help needed. My good friend Elexis Burris, a mom of four, needs $1,500 by November 17 for serious car repairs — that car gets her to work, her kids to school, and to doctor's appointments. If you can give, any amount helps. If you can't, please share.

🚨 URGENT — help needed. My friend Elexis Burris is a mom of four, and her car — how she gets her kids around and gets to work — needs serious repairs she can't cover alone. He's back at it. 💙
You thought the dance was the trick. It's not. This is my Super Agent — built on my business, it finds what's missing in my leads, follow-up, and sales, then goes to work. He dances because he can. He works because he's built to. 24/7. No sick days. No missed follow-ups.
Build with direction.

He's got the moves. But dancing is the least impressive thing he does. 💙

I'm Mark Rosario, founder of Faqada.
Faqada started in 2012. In 2026 I refounded, relaunched, and rebuilt it — and this is what it is today: the Super Agent, an autonomous business operating system.
A business gets a Genome Scan, a private AI brain built on how that business actually runs, and an AI workforce — Trainer, Prospector, and Coach live first — that does the daily work and improves every night. Humans keep the decisions.
I know this problem from the inside. Fourteen years in sales and recruiting, I built a training and referral platform to about 1,500 members across many companies. Solo. Faqada is that system, rebuilt with AI agents doing the work.
The product is live at. Beta Cohort 01 is open — 10 businesses, 6 weeks.

13 years in prison.
I came home to Philadelphia with nothing. No handouts, no shortcuts. Just a decision that my beginning was not going to be my ending.
Everything I'm building now, I built from zero. If you're at the bottom right now, hear me: it's not where you end. It's where you start.
If I can do it, anybody can.

The one that got away. One post.
When I posted the Anthropic certificates on October 15, this one finished too late to make the carousel. So it gets its own post — it earned it. It's also the deepest one on the list: building real applications on the Claude API.

The same week as the OpenAI run, I finished both HubSpot Academy certifications. Marketing and revenue operations are the other half of what I build for clients — the part that turns attention into pipeline.

Today the Super Agent got a front door — on my own site, on my own stack.
— is live. Google sign-in and magic link, into real workspaces. Not a demo login. I signed in myself tonight, and my workspace was there waiting — owner, plan, Genome active.
— And we proved it the hard way. The first real click on "Continue with Google" failed — the provider was switched on for three days with no secret behind it. Enabled is not working. We rotated the secret, ran the full test again, and watched it land. That's the standard: click it or it doesn't count.
— A second agent came home the same day. Mercy's — the one I built her for her birthday — now lives on the same platform, and today she finished telling it her entire course: three tracks, every tool, every step, in her own words. Her agent knows her business because she taught it. Next step is her first dollars, on her say.
— The site itself came alive. The avatar from our films now moves on every public page. A new team system and a new partner build went up beside it. And the first video in our new primary format went out on twelve surfaces, measured, not guessed.
Then the honest line, because this record doesn't skip it: I opened Command tonight — the surface behind that new login — and it's not the agent I designed yet. It's a shell with demo data. I said so, on the record, and the rebuild started the same hour. The login is real. The Genomes are real. The front door is real. What it opens into is the next build — and you'll watch that one happen too.
Day 4. Signed in is not the same as arrived. But today, we got home.
Build with direction.
I launched on Sunday. On Monday, everything had to become true.
— The website I caught still saying "in development" on launch night? Live the next morning — verified on the actual site, not on a build report. Then rebuilt again by afternoon, and when I sent screenshots that a graphic was still cropped, the fix was live within the hour. That's the standard now: inspect the real surface or it doesn't count.
— My agent's self-intro film closed all twelve surfaces. And I gave a second agent — built as a birthday gift — its owner's own answers, in her own words, and it activated at 100%. No guessing her business. She told it who she is; now it works on her first dollars.
— Episode 1 of the Mission film shipped that night on ten surfaces. First blast went out without captions — my team's brief named the wrong file. That's in the record too, next to the fix: reposted captioned everywhere, every original deleted, same night. Captions always, from now on. That's a rule because we broke it.
— Underneath all of it, the machine got smarter on paper you can audit: ninety catalogued assets in the knowledge registry, verified by read-back, up from sixty the day before. Three learning engines now run around the clock — find first, then learn, then correct, then upgrade.
And the honest line: a film got posted twice because a platform said "failed" when it hadn't. A bio still isn't changed because a login wall beat us. A funding deadline lands November 2 and nothing is submitted yet. All of that is in that day's entry too — with names, times, and what's blocked on me.
Day 3. Built is not live. Posted is not verified. Claimed is not counted.
Build with direction.
The model is not the product. Memory is. Knowledge workers spend 1.8 hrs a day searching for info their company already has (McKinsey). The Faqada Super Agent remembers. Beta Cohort 01 is open — comment BETA.
