.@MackayCutters Captain Ross Bella will also be part of that young @nthqldcowboys squad playing the @NRL trial in Cairns. It means he'll miss Mackay's first pre-season game, with coach Dave Elliott naming a 25 man squad for their match. 7NEWS.com.au @saavanahb #7NEWS

But you’ve shut so many businesses to ensure ‘social distancing’. Those people just want to put food on their tables too. Very odd to start guilting teachers after the govt message is ‘stay away from other humans or die’. Just batshit crazy @ScottMorrisonMP.

Listening to the PM like everyone here in Aust & what I understood was.
“It’s essential. Unless it’s not. Then it’s essentially not essential. I can’t be clearer” Plus people can buy a new shirt at a shopping centre ? WTF? PM just had a shocker. Surely should be in lockdown now

Coronavirus: social distancing saves lives.
Even if you don’t feel symptoms, you must exercise healthy social distancing to prevent the virus spreading to others and the more vulnerable.
Every Australian must play their part to help stop the spread.

Just leave the bloody game alone. Footy doesn’t need a T20 version. It is “our” unique game that has stood the test of time. By reducing games what are they saying it will achieve? What outcomes do they want?

PM keeps saying it’s “the response that matters”. Does he hear himself? The firies are doing their job (many unpaid) risking their lives. He needs to do his job by lessening the risk of future fires by taking real action on climate change.
THAT would be a response that matters.

Leadership is hard. Put your hand up and accept what could have been done better, by you and by others. Then accept the vitriol, the hurt and the pain. Listen, understand and empathize. Then take action. Firstly for today and then for tomorrow.
