this is my reality as a nigerian citizen.
i can’t think of how much potentials have been destroyed in this country, because we are all struggling to survive.
we are all survival instinct wounded citizens in a dangerous dysfunctional country.
it felt like, i was caught up in a cocoon of thoughts you can’t escape from, just like when you are wrapped up in your dreams by a terrifying dream you can’t wait to get out from.
i was terribly distressed.
yesterday, i was in a bus heading to cms, from abraham adesanya, sitting close to the window on the last set row, and i unconsciously zoned into my thoughts, whilst zoning in, i observed the other passengers in my immediate surroundings and i realized i’m no way special than
opportunity meets preparation.
you just need one moment to be “over-performative”, but that big bet in yourself.
just one opportunity, to show the world how special you are.
you’re a special one, always remember.
bet on yourself.
