I know we all have this question but never ask . WTF is @Kingpickle building with @themutualfun? At first I thought it was just another NFT collection. 4,001 portraits. Some weird fund names. A token. Seats. Then I actually looked at how the thing works. And the JPEG started looking like the least interesting part. So what exactly are you buying? 🧵
If you type "CHAIRME" on @themutualfun website, a pop-up appears with ~80 3D designer chairs you can sift through. Easy to get lost in them. Shoutout to @GiantYuppie for creating the 3d models. If you are on mobile, you can just tap the logo five times in a row 🫡

The more I look into @Slippyclub, the more I understand why the character-first approach makes sense. At first glance it’s just a snake, but then you realize there are 12 different personalities sharing the same body, and none of them know the others exist. That simple idea gives the character a lot more room to grow. You have Copium, Cowboy, Gamer, Degen, Professor, Rich, Gym, Wagie, Auntie, Rager and Robin Hood, plus another personality that keeps the whole thing open-ended. Each one has its own vibe, so the community isn’t just looking at different traits on a PFP. People can actually relate to different versions of the same character. That’s probably my favorite part about Slippy. The project doesn’t feel like it wants to stay inside an NFT collection. The same character can work as a PFP, a meme, a game character, an NFT, a collectible or eventually something physical. The format can change without losing the identity of the character. The game side makes this even more interesting. Slippy Siege is already playable in the browser, with turn-based artillery, team modes and FFA. Your X name can appear on the leaderboard and there’s even in-game chat. It’s a funny idea when you remember the characters have literally zero arms, but it also shows that Slippy is being built as something people can actually interact with. Then there’s the artwork from @LiViXi3, whose work includes Pudgy Penguins. The characters have a recognizable visual identity, which is important if the goal is to build something that can exist beyond one collection or one platform. And I think that’s the bigger picture with Slippy. It’s not really about making the lore complicated. It’s about taking one recognizable character and giving the community enough personalities, formats and experiences to keep doing things with it. One snake, 12 personalities, zero arms. Somehow, that’s enough to build a whole universe around. gsss 🐍

gm 🦖 One thing I keep thinking about with @sleepagotchi : Why start with sleep? At first it sounds almost too simple. There are already hundreds of apps tracking sleep, steps, calories, heart rate and workouts. But sleep has something most other behaviors don’t. It happens every single day. You don’t need to convince someone to make time for sleep. They already do it. The real challenge is helping them understand what their habits are saying. When you combine phone data, Apple Health, wearables and consistency patterns, you start getting a much richer picture of someone’s routine. And that creates an interesting opportunity for AI. Instead of asking: “Here’s your sleep score. Good luck.” An AI agent can start asking: What changed? Why did your recovery drop? Is this becoming a pattern? What happened to your routine on the days you slept better? What could you change tonight? That difference is important. Because the future of consumer AI probably isn’t just about making smarter answers. It’s about making AI useful enough to become part of your daily behavior. And that’s where I think Sleepagotchi’s evolution into Gotchi Labs gets interesting. Sleep is the first vertical. But the long-term idea is connecting different parts of everyday life. Sleep. Wellness. Nutrition. Fitness. Productivity. Shopping. Eventually finance. Each one produces a different type of context. And specialized agents can work with that context instead of forcing one general-purpose assistant to understand everything at once. Imagine waking up and your AI already understands that you slept badly, trained yesterday, have a busy day ahead and usually eat poorly when you’re tired. The useful response isn’t another graph. It’s an action. Maybe adjust your plan. Maybe suggest a meal. Maybe change your workout. Maybe remind you to slow down. Maybe eventually help you purchase what you actually need. That’s the bigger bet behind Gotchi Labs. Not “AI that talks to you.” AI that gradually understands your patterns and helps you act on them. Sleepagotchi is already sitting on the first piece of that puzzle with hundreds of thousands of users and millions of hours of tracked sleep. Now we get to see whether the Dino can grow from a sleep companion into something much bigger. Same Dino. Different morning. gm 🦖

I’ve been looking at @Slippyclub differently lately. At first, it’s just a snake. Then you realize… it’s 12 snakes living in one body. And none of them know the others exist. That’s where Slippy gets interesting. ⸻ There’s a Copium Slippy. A Degen Slippy. A Gamer. A Cowboy. A Professor. A Rich Slippy. A Gym Slippy. A Wagie. An Auntie. A Rager. And then there’s Robin Hood, the mysterious #11 nobody has apparently seen. Same body. Completely different personalities. Still no arms. ⸻ I think this is what separates Slippy from a lot of character collections. The personality isn’t just a trait attached to an image. The personality is the character. You can wake up one day feeling like the Degen. Next day you’re the Professor. Another day you’re just sitting there coping with everything. The project already has a built-in reason for the character to keep changing without losing its identity. ⸻ And then there’s the bigger picture. Slippy isn’t being built to live only as a PFP. It can exist as a: PFP → meme → NFT → game character → collectible → merch → digital identity. Same IP. Different formats. That’s what makes the idea interesting to me. You’re not just looking at artwork. You’re watching a character brand being built around a very simple concept. ⸻ The art deserves attention too. @LiViXi3 is behind the artwork and is known for work around Pudgy Penguins. But the art is only one part of why Slippy works. The real hook is how recognizable the character is. You can remove the explanation. Remove the lore. Remove the website. Give someone the character for two seconds… and they know it’s Slippy. That matters for an IP. ⸻ And they’ve already taken the character into gaming. Slippy Siege is live. Turn-based artillery. Teams or FFA. Your X name appears on the leaderboard. There’s even in-game chat. So the character isn’t sitting inside a collection waiting for people to make something with it. You can actually play with it. ⸻ The NFT side adds another layer. Holders are planned to receive personal and commercial rights to their specific Slippy character, with those rights travelling with the NFT. That means the character can potentially become more than something sitting in your wallet. It can become your version of Slippy. And that fits perfectly with the whole personality system. ⸻ This is probably why I keep coming back to the project. The idea is stupidly simple. One snake. 12 personalities. Zero arms. But simple ideas are sometimes the easiest ones to build worlds around. Because you don’t need to explain Slippy for 30 minutes. You just need to show someone the snake. Then let the personality do the rest. Which Slippy woke up today? gsss 🐍

gm 🦖 Been looking into @sleepagotchi and honestly the more I understand what they’re building, the more the bigger picture starts making sense. Sleepagotchi started with a pretty simple idea. Make sleeping consistently feel like a game. You set your sleep goals, build your routine, earn rewards, collect things and take care of your Dino. But that little idea has grown into something much bigger. Sleepagotchi already has 500K+ registered users, around 80K daily active users and 20M+ hours of sleep tracked. The Telegram version also crossed 2M+ all-time users. And apparently 78% of users open the app within minutes of waking up. That last part is interesting to me because it shows the product is becoming part of people’s daily routine, not just another app they downloaded once and forgot about. Now the team is taking that foundation and building Gotchi Labs. Sleepagotchi becomes the Health & Wellness vertical, while Gotchi Labs becomes the bigger consumer AI platform. The idea isn’t to build another chatbot that tries to know everything. It’s specialized AI agents for different parts of everyday life. Sleep Coach for sleep and recovery. Wellness Coach for connecting different habits and data. Meal Planner for nutrition. Shopping Agent for turning recommendations into actual commerce. Then eventually more verticals around fitness, productivity, daily life and personal finance. I like the direction because the whole thing follows a pretty simple loop: context → intelligence → action → commerce. Your devices generate the context. AI understands it. The agents turn that intelligence into something useful. And eventually they can help you actually do something about it. That’s a much more interesting use of AI than just asking another model to write an email for you. There’s also a $CHI story coming. $SLEEP is being reworked into $CHI because the token is meant to serve the wider Gotchi ecosystem rather than only Sleepagotchi. AI credits, rewards, subscriptions, staking, marketplace access and partner campaigns are some of the planned utilities. Still, $CHI is something I’m watching rather than assuming is already live. The TGE has been delayed before and the public token details still need to become official. For me, the bigger thing is the foundation. They already have the users. They already have the sleep data. They already have the game. They already have the Dino. Now they’re trying to turn that into an entire consumer AI ecosystem. Same Dino. Much bigger world. gm to everyone building products people actually come back to every morning. 🦖

I think the thing that got me about @Slippyclub is how simple the idea sounds until you actually look deeper. One snake. 12 personalities. Zero arms. That’s it. Except it isn’t. There’s a Slippy that thinks he’s rich, one that’s permanently coping, one that’s a degen, one that’s a gamer, one that’s a professor, one that’s always at the gym… and none of them know the others exist. Same body. Different mind. Every day, a different Slippy wakes up. And suddenly the PFP stops feeling like just a picture. You start wondering which version of this stupid little snake you’re going to meet next. Then you realize the whole thing is being built like an actual character IP. Memes. PFPs. NFTs. A game. Digital identity. Merch and collectibles coming into the picture. Even the game is already playable. Slippy Siege. Turn based artillery, teams or FFA, leaderboard with your X name. No arms. Still somehow aiming. The art by @LiViXi3 also makes the whole thing hit differently. There’s already serious NFT art experience behind the characters, but the personality is what makes Slippy feel alive. I don’t think Slippy is trying to convince you that the snake is important. It just keeps showing up. Different personality. Different mood. Same snake. And somehow you start picking favorites. gsss 🐍

One thing I like about The Mutual Fun is that it gives you something to do with the story. You’re not just looking at a collection and waiting for the next announcement. There’s an entire structure underneath it, and the more you explore, the more pieces start connecting. The TMF Pass is the starting point, with each Pass able to mint 2 Seats. From there, you have the five funds, Wall Assignments, share classes, Proxy Ballots, the Briefcase, M&A and the Open Market. And suddenly that little Seat means a lot more. It can represent where you sit in the ecosystem, what you participate in and how you interact with everyone else in the room. I also like that TMF doesn’t make the whole experience feel like a financial spreadsheet. There’s room for the serious mechanics, but there’s also room for the community to have fun with it. You can discuss funds and governance today, then jump into Chair Crush tomorrow. 😂 That balance is important. Because people might discover a project because of the art, the concept or the hype, but they stay when there is something worth participating in. That’s the part I’m curious to see unfold with TMF. The Pass opens the door. The Seat gives you your place. Then the community decides what happens inside the room. @themutualfun See you at the table. 🪑

Most NFT collections are static You mint it set it as PFP and that's the end of it But GLRTCH is taking a different route The idea is very simple: A smart contract breaks → something unexpected is born → 3,404 digital organisms start living in the Subgrid on Robinhood Chain. And they aren't meant to stay the same forever As corruption builds toward 100%, a GLRTCH can evolve into a new form Then there's the ecosystem layer: Hold → Stake → Earn $GLRTCH → Use it across the Subgrid The token is designed around things like Debug Rituals, governance and future Vault access, giving the NFT a role beyond simply sitting in your wallet 3,404 glitches escaped the system Now let's see what they become
