just did a first round interview for an Art Supervisor position, and the conversation was so effortless and conversational that it went 30 minutes over time. the interviewer, whoβs the team ACD, actually seemed more enthusiastic and spoke more about the role, brand, and nature of work, than i spoke about myself. is that a good thing?
