There is no right way to build a company.
For most people, you're better off structuring your company in a way that makes you want to work on it for a long time.
The company is there to serve founders. Not the other way around.

We're bringing on our first team member, and honestly, I'm pretty excited about it.
This role is going to be key as we get ready to take the next steps with Sprintfolio. Starting this as a passion project alongside @uxbykai , it's kind of cool to see that we're in a place to make this big move as we're about to hit our one-year mark.
