A lost payment card is usually discovered at the least convenient moment. Before taking your PAYDAO card out, save your recovery email in the app’s Settings. A small setup step worth doing while the card is still exactly where you left it.

The withdrawal address on a PAYDAO POS is fixed once setup is confirmed. That makes the first address check an important one. Check the network. Check the wallet. Check it belongs to the merchant. Some decisions deserve a slower setup.

Rough weeks for everyone who builds hardware wallets. Your order data deserves real protection. The industry has work to do there. Your keys are separate, generated and stored offline on the device you hold. That part stays with you. Stay safe.

A 1% payment fee looks small beside a sale. If a business keeps 5% of sales before payment fees, that fee takes a fifth of what’s left. PAYDAO’s protocol fee is 0.5%. The percentage matters because the merchant’s work has already gone into earning the margin.

Spotted us. Thanks for including PAYDAO. We’re building for the moment someone asks, “Can I pay with stablecoins?” and the person behind the counter says yes.

A transfer moves money. Reconciling it means answering: 1. Which sale does this payment belong to? 2. Does the amount match? 3. Is it confirmed onchain? 4. Is this a separate payment, or the same transaction recorded twice? 5. Can we trace it later if there’s a dispute? PAYDAO brings the checkout and onchain record together. Each receipt includes the amount, date, time, payment reference and transaction ID, with configurable product details. That gives merchants a record they can match and verify when closing the books.

There’s a lot of ambition behind a small shop. Someone signed a lease, chose what to stock and put their name above the door, hoping people would come. We like building for that kind of ambition. Here’s to a good week of business.

Only faster for payment on @solana.

14M+ addresses holding stablecoins on @solana. For a merchant, the opportunity starts when someone walks in already holding money you could accept. We are building for that moment: giving businesses a way to say “yes, you can pay with that.”
JUST IN: 14M+ stablecoin holders on Solana

Friday evening means the end of the working week for some people. For others, it’s when business picks up. Tables fill. Shops stay open a little later. A week’s work becomes someone’s night out. We’re building PAYDAO to be useful in that world. Have a good Friday, whichever side of the counter you’re on.

A merchant choosing PAYDAO payment solution shouldn’t mean every customer has to download another app. Already use a compatible Web3 wallet? Scan and pay. Getting a new payment method accepted is hard enough. Making everyone start over would make it harder.

The person accepting payments might also be the person who brings the next business onto the network. PAYDAO leaves that door open. Merchants, local partners and independent installers can all help deploy it. You can run a business and help build the network it runs on.

No system is completely safe. That should keep everyone building in crypto humble. Users have a responsibility to stay informed. Devs have a responsibility to make risks understandable, reduce what we can and respond honestly when something goes wrong. “Nothing is 100% secure” is a reason to keep improving. It should never become an excuse.
No crypto wallet is 100% safe. No software is bug free. No tech is 100% secure. There are risks in everything you do. There are risks if you don't do anything. There will be issues, setbacks and problems to solve. Stay up-to-date. Manage risks. Solve problems.

Stablecoins crossed $322 billion in market value in May. More stablecoins in circulation should mean more places willing to accept them. That takes work on the merchant’s side of the counter: a way to charge, confirm payment and carry on serving customers. That’s the part we are building. paydao.io

Solana is now 95% faster. We chose @solana as our first chain because speed and low fees matter when you’re taking payments for a living. Seeing the team keep improving the network we build on is something we really appreciate. More reasons to keep building.

Proud to have contributed a little to that number! Glad to be part of the Solana ecosystem and help bring stablecoins into everyday payments. More to come!
$5T in stablecoin volume on Solana this year, and the year isn’t over.

The sign says OPEN. So does the network. PAYDAO runs 24/7. Payments settle in seconds, even after the banks call it a day.
