The blog doesn't really make that clear, so I came up with 2 different scenarios Scenario A: KPI starts from TGE If the first 12 months count, I'd keep things simple During those 12 months: Launch at least 1 NeoTrade service where people can actually pay with DNA Show at least 1 verifiable proof of buying DNA from the market for operational expenses Share 4 quarterly progress updates so the community knows what's going on That's it Nothing crazy, just turn the promises from Believe Plan into something we can actually see Scenario B: KPI starts after the cliff Now this one's a bit different If the team already had 12 months to build, I think it's fair to expect more than just launching something Within the first 180 days: Keep at least 1 paid DNA service running for 90 days straight Get at least 10 real payments from 3 different customers during those 90 days Share 3 monthly reports with data the community can verify No fake volume, no internal transactions pretending to be real users Just actual people using what NeoSoul built And for both scenarios, if the KPI isn't met, no team tokens unlock for that period Future unlocks should have new milestones too, not just keep using the same achievements forever I know what some of you might be thinking... Only 10 payments? Isn't that too easy? Well, that's kinda the point I'd rather see 10 REAL payments than 10,000 fake transactions just to make the numbers look good Start small, prove it works, then raise the bar That's how you build something that lasts imo And honestly...
