Destiny kept Bungie alive for 12 years. Through every low, every crisis, every near-collapse. Then they starved it for Marathon and other garbage… and watched the whole thing burn. 12 years of Guardians gone so they could chase a game that couldn’t even hold players. I’ll never forget what this game gave us.

One of my personal favorite things about Destiny was it’s skyboxes.. Nearly every destination in the game has a full Day/Night cycle with near scientifically accurate lighting and orbits. I recall finding Europa moving in Io’s skybox before Beyond Light and being blown away.
