Shock.com has by far the worst VIP management experience I have ever encountered on a casino platform. The VIP managers rarely respond, and when they do, the promises they make—especially regarding loss-back rewards—are simply not honored.
What they advertise as “loss back” is actually just a standard rakeback system, very similar to the one used on Roobet, but presented in a misleading way. High-roller players should be aware of this before depositing.
If you are a serious or high-volume player expecting proper VIP treatment, support, and transparent rewards, this site will likely disappoint you.
Personally, I do not recommend playing on Shock.com, especially if you are a high roller expecting professional VIP service
